Leave Your House Privacy Policy

Leave Your House is designed to work locally on your device. We do not operate a backend for the app, and we do not sell, rent, or share personal data.

Data Stored On Device

Leave Your House stores app settings locally on your device or in the local app group shared with the Device Activity Monitor extension:

• saved target locations and Home location
• lock schedules and active lock session progress
• weekly clean count and Mercy Rule usage
• Screen Time selections as Apple-provided opaque tokens
• Pro unlock state derived from App Store purchase history
• completion sound preference

Location

Leave Your House uses location to confirm that you are near Home before scheduled locks start, to confirm that you reached a saved target, and to track walk progress. Location is used for app functionality only, stored locally on device or in the local app group, and is not sold or shared for advertising.

Screen Time

Leave Your House uses Apple's FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings frameworks. Apple provides privacy-preserving opaque tokens for selected apps, categories, and websites. Leave Your House cannot read the names of selected apps from those tokens.

Purchases

Leave Your House Pro is purchased through Apple's StoreKit system. Apple processes payment information. Leave Your House stores only whether Pro is unlocked.

Tracking and Ads

Leave Your House does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Support Requests

If you contact support, you may choose to send basic support information such as app version, build number, and iOS version. Leave Your House only copies this information when you tap Copy Support Info or opens a user-initiated email draft when you tap Email Support. It does not include saved locations, Home, schedules, Screen Time selections, app tokens, or session progress.
